    Tickets will be booked by an agent authorized by the Patronato de la Alhambra, in a period of time between a year and a day before the visit.
  • Individual visits
    • A maximum of ten tickets may be purchased per person (except in the case of authorised agents.)
    • Direct sale
      • The ticket office is located inside the Entrance Pavilion of the Monument.
      • The tickets purchased at the ticket office are only valid for the day of purchase of the ticket.
      • Visit the Alhambra timetable section for more details.
      • In high season, weekend, etc, arriving earlier to the tickets office is recommended due to possible long queues.
      • Way of payment: visitors must pay by cash. Credit cards are not admitted.
    • Tickets in advance
      • It is possible to buy the tickets in advance between a year and a day before the visit.
      • They can be purchased by TicketMaster.
      • They can be also booked by Telephone Banking La Caixa: Phone in Spain: 902 88 80 01/ Phone Abroad: (34) 93 4923750. In this case the payment will be made by credit card.
      • Internet purchased can be made at: www.ticketmaster.es . The payment will be made by credit card. Important: The purchase does not finished until the reservation number is obtained.
      • If you purchase the tickets from the Internet, TicketMaster will add a commission to the ticket price.
    • Return / cancellation of tickets
      • Tickets purchased in advance can NOT be returned.
