Terms of use for Gallery Widget

Gallery Widget is a service offered by Area25 Informática y Telecomunicaciones SCA (hereinafter AREA25), owner of web page www.AlhambraDeGranada.org.

Anyone could use Gallery Widget to include a foto gallery of the Alhambra on their website or blog with the following conditions:

Gallery Widget is a free service. AREA25 does not charge and will not charge for service use.

Both the source code and the images that form part of Gallery Widget are owned by AREA25, they cannot be modified and remain prohibited for commercial use.

The use of the images of Gallery Widget is prohibited outside of the gallery. In other words, the extraction, copy, modification, publication, or any other use of the images apart of Gallery Widget is not allowed.

Gallery Widget is a free service without guarantee. Therefore, the person who decides to use it, is responsible for its use. AREA25 does not take on the responsibility for the use of Gallery Widget.

AREA25 cannot guarantee the availability of the service at all times, as technical problems may occur which hinders the operation.

AREA25 reserves the right to modify or remove the service at any time without previous notice. In the same manner, AREA25 could modify these terms of use at any time.
