Alhambra guided tours by specialists

Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife has published a new edition of this program will be offered until next June.

The tour price is 6 euros and to book places those interested should go to the office of the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife in the Corral del Carbón (Monday to Saturday, from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm) or call 958 221118.

Guided tours are held Fridays at 4 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 am.

The first visits, focusing on Islamic art, Mudejar and Renaissance in the Alhambra will be led by art historians.

  • On Friday, April 9, "The Islamic art through the Alhambra" led by José Manuel Gómez-Moreno.
  • On Saturday, April 10, María Marcos Cobaleda will talk about " Mudejar in the Alhambra".
  • On Sunday April 11, Juan Manuel Martin Garcia will reveal “The Renaissance Alhambra."
